Local Steam Server Speed

Hey Guys

just a quick poll of sorts, which south African steam server do you use for downloading im assuming that would be the fastest. my download was crawling tonight yet speedtest shows local speeds of 3Mb.

Does anyone know if the JHB Mweb server is only useful if you actually have a mweb account

WA and IS (AFAIK) has local nodes, though I wouldn't put my money on speedtest.net...
