Easy to avoid a console player in a FPS, simply stand higher than him. He might be able to strafe left or right quickly, but but vertical movement will confuckulate him totally....

Make no mistake, I also own a console and for 3rd person games, sports sims, racing sims they work very nicely. For FPS, use a PC. End of discussion.
