Looking for a headset under R1500

Had no problems with my Razer kraken pro headset yet, but to be honest i only got them cause i had some "extra credit" to spend at BT games and was looking for a headset at the time.
 
I bought the Steelseries 9h earlier this year for just over R1.5k, they are very comfy and the 7.1 shenanigans works very well (In BF I can hear exactly where a person is running from).

Dude, where's your enthusiasm about headies these days? You used to coo on endlessly about fidelity. These days, not so much... :(

Black Friday and Cyber Monday are coming soon, so it's a good time to watch Amazon. I bought my Audio Technica ATH-M30x's there last year, together with some noise cancelling Audio Technica in-ears for my wife. Paid R800 for the lot, including shipping and taxes.

Interest is still there. Just lost the enthusiasm to post in general on all the forums I'm on.

Been promoted at work and I've started studying as well so I just don't have the energy. I still browse MyG every day though.

Can anyone suggest a headset for XBox 360 for a similar price?? I've looked around before but not sure what is the best option for me

Will have to check, but quite a bit more, especially if you want surround sound, but I see takealot has some turtle beach sets as well that might be worth a look

I am going to look around and see if I can find something nice..The Tritton Kunai seems like a decent wireless option and not overly expensive like some of the surround sound headsets
