Looking for BIOS to do a BIOS Flash.(Gainward GeForce GTX 560 Ti 1024MB Golden Sample

Long story short,i'm looking for a bios update so i can do a bios flash.I have had some problems with BF3 and it seems i'm not the only one,all the solutions posted on the Nvidia forums suggest that i do a bios flash on my card (that i still don't know how to do)

I also need one for my eVGA 560Ti's. Don't you have to use a BIOS made by the manufacturer? I just hope some drivers and stuff get released very soon, it can be so frustrating!
 
I actually fixed my problem with BF3 crashing by turning up the voltage to the card.The latest bios also turns up the voltage so i thought i might as well do it manually using MSIAfterburner.Turned it up from 1000 to 1060.
