Loot Crate

This is the part were we stop watching the tracking and start to pray that it makes it through the SAPO. We also don't want a piece of paper with a bill to pick it up. :(

I sincerely hope not, otherwise some unfortunate customs person will be retrieving a loot crate from under his Starfish Christmas tree!
 
So I ordered a 6 month one. Still no crate delivered to date (2 months later) and considering it's SAPO, I don't think I'm going to be. I won't buy from them again until they change their service provider. Waste of money :( I wish they had pointed out in the beginning that the SP was SAPO.
 
Just been "sent" my second package from Loot Crate (well the message that it's been sent), still have not received my first box. I cancelled my subscription a few week ago. Very happy about this, because they bill you for the next box just before you "receive" your box.

when i spoke to the SAPO customer service desk on Tuesday the lady said that they way the stuff get sent internationally is by ship and not air so that's why it takes so long to actually get here.

told her it cant take months cause its not like we live in the middle of nowhere and they have to wait for the ship to be filled up completely before it sets off. i have a parcel which i ordered from Etsy in September which is yet to arrive to "tracked" in SA. i think everyone at SAPO is in anyevent already on holiday. im hoping i get a nice surprise when i get back form leave that my parcels have arrived.
 
Just got off the phone with the SAPO. My tracking number does not exist on their system as yet so they cant help with tracking. It arrived on the 25th of November i think in South Africa. So this only leaves customs i guess?

Does it start with LM or GS? I am not impressed at all. Loot Crate has very bad client service, takes ages to respond !
 
I have a tracking number for the Dec crate and it is here I just don't know where to track it or how

You can contact customs and give them your international tracking number. If they processed your parcel yet they should be able to give you a local tracking number.

I am fed up with Loot Crate. I cancelled my subscriptions after not receiving any Loot Crate. ONE eventually made it all the way to me after more than 2 months. I have however gotten charged 3 more times after that. They are not answering any of my email, or social media messages. And the bank says they can't just stop the order... I have to have to email Disputes with a whole case against Loot Crate before they even do anything. Not a happy Chappy
 
Cancelled my sub. Loved what I got from Loot crate but with the rand being so unstable at the moment I don't want to get a surprise sms with the price being much higher than I expected it to be.
