LulzSec leader brings fellow hackers to book

Jeez now that is a name I haven't heard in a long time. Moral of the story: as jy kak gaan aanjaag, don't have kids. Or just don't do anything that will get the FBI onto your trail.

Really good news. I have just read that LulzSec members have been arrested and that their main head Sabu has been working as an informant for the FBI. It turns out he was arrested last year, and since then he has been working with Law Enforcement.

As I said, really good news :)

Will this mean the end of Anonymous? No. It will mean the end of LulzSec, but Anonymous existed before LulzSec and will continue existing. However we probably won’t see any more hacks as the ones LulzSec had been perpetrating, and Anonymous will only use their known childish tactic of DDoS using their LOIC tool.

A couple of hours later Panda Security had their servers breached, employee e-mails and passwords posted online (and epic passwords they were too, as expected from a Security company's employees), details of the Tech Director posted online, and about 36 affiliated sites were defaced.

Nobody's had the last laugh yet.

But seriously though - the employee passwords? They're a joke. 114 were posted and I saw

2 instances of 12345678
2 instances of panda2010
3 instances of panda001
6 instances of qwe123

Longest Password: 9 digits [123123123]
Shortest Password: 3 digits [usa]

Mr Security expert above? Well ... at least he wasn't using qwerty. But that's about as much as I can say about it.
 
Lol and Luis Corrons is still saying most of they alligations are fake and they weren't really involved with catching them etc but they would've loved to be.
I have a feeling this will get way worse.
