I love stuff like this! Really interesting that this lived 20 million years after they thought dinosaurs were extinct... It must have eaten pretty large things... The thing is HUGE!

This possibly just survived the mass extinction because it could survive in the ocean?

Hmm, well if it's like modern crocodiles they lay their eggs on land ? Maybe the eggs couldn't survive afterwards :S
