Making a simulator in South Africa

My sister came up with this plan to make a driving simulator for learner drivers but anyway my main question is,can we even do that in South Africa ? Might sound stupid but I am a noob :p Also on the topic can we even make good games here ?:o
 
Yeah we have companies in SA that do simulators, I work for one of them. :)

Another one is www.5dt.com. Not sure if there are any others. I doubt there is enough money in teaching people to drive regular vehicles and simulators are damn expensive. Would be cheaper to by a fleet of entry level cars. :)

Although all the cars ride on the right side of the road.

Hey you can steal the cars and park them in any formation and there's enough to avoid hitting.
