Ive played a few of them. Not really my cup of tea. Since im not that into capcom characters and the idea of them fighting superheroes sounds a bit daft. Id rather have heroes fighting heroes. But thats just me.

And if I recall correctly Super-man had his ass handed to him by Hulk, where the Hulk accutally wore out Super-man (can't really remember considering this was like 1996/7 when they did this mash-up).
I only got the books from where they merge the universes and characters
ie Darkclaw seen below (Batman merged with Wolverine)
