Sounds promising. Bioware are pretty good at listening to what their fans want. When ME2 was due for release, there were a lot of articles regarding the research that they did with fan feedback and the game turned out to be awesome. But there is always room for improvement.

I don't know what went wrong with DA2 though...

I think this will be the game of the year when it comes out.
