The Electoral Act and the Electoral Code prohibit false accusations that can influence the election, the High Court in Johannesburg heard on Wednesday.

Gcina Malindi SC, for the ANC, said that sections 89(1) and 89(2) of the act prohibited publishing false information.

Nice to see the ANC's priorities aren't about something petty like job creation or the falling rand but on something important like the wording of an sms
 
If you just take some time and zoom out a bit, and look at the whole world's problems currently, it gets quite scary.

At least, our corrupt government is taking some hardcore flak for the shit they're doing.
