Medal of Honor Warfighter | Official Gameplay Trailer 1

If by looking awesome you mean looks like a generic modern military shooter, then yeah it looks 'awesome'.

That was pretty much my reaction upon first seeing it. Looks no different than BF3 or MW3. Like the WWII era shooter before it this is fast becoming stale.

uhm, can you guys give me some of that crack you are clearly smoking?!

And yeah, of course its gonna look like BF3 (not anything like MW3 sorry), its the same engine - but then again, the same awesome engine. That vid got me pumped, and I'll buy it for sure.

I didn't mean visually, like Monk said, it looks like just another generic military shooter. That trailer didn't show anything, gameplay wise, we haven't seen in the last 3 generations of shooters. I wont be buying any military shooter unless it does something new, again gameplay wise. Id rather play something like Sniper Elite V2 with a interesting gameplay hook or Future Soldier.

Its sad that people get snagged by shiny graphics. If people keep buying, publisher will keep pushing out generic shooter after generic shooter.

I'm scared it'll be like Medal Of Honor, looked great but once played lacked that Oomph that most modern shooters have these days

First one SP was awesome, awesome game that was heavily under rated and punished by reviewers because it was "not like modern warfare 2 or on it's standards". PFFT well fart to them. Will be buying NP.

Each to their own I guess, but I will add I'm not just going to buy a game coz of its graphics. I personally only really play multiplayer FPS games, games I can literally spend several hundred hours playing. I find I dont get the value out of any other game type.
Games like Sniper Elite are cool and all, but its not going to keep me coming back after I finished the campaign, and unless its super awesome I wont buy it.

This on the other hand, (looks like)it has the looks and action department down imo. I'll wait for the next proper gameplay vids before I decide whether its worth it to buy.

I enjoyed the first one for a bit it seemed really rushed halfway through.
But I am sick to death of these Modern fps settings.

To be fair, does not look like MW3 in terms of graphics, but does seem similar in gameplay.

But no, I'm not going to get excited about this. After my massive dissapointment with Medal of Honor (the remake of last year) I will not pre-order this. Hell, I doubt I'm going to buy this, unless after a lot of convincing and proof that this is worth it, I might consider. I don't see this converting BF3 fans though. It might however attempt to win over some COD fans who are tired of an aging franchise that is about 2/3 years past it's sell by date.

Videos like this are designed to look amazing and to sucker you into gaining a 40hr tactical headstart as per the pre-order incentive, but I've been burned enough with massive hype and crappy product.

I'll buy it but I honestly think they do WW2 type shooters better, I think they may have stuck to the modern setting because it has more multiplayer appeal, which is interesting because MOH games usually have good sp campaigns. I really hope they don't focus too much on MP.
