Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes May Be Coming to Steam in December

Konami announced today that Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes will come to Steam on December 18, confirming earlier reports.

Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes on PC is 4K compatible and features increased shadow resolution. In addition, Konami revealed that more models can be displayed on-screen in the PC edition.

As reported by sites such as Shazoo and Gamemag.ru, Hideo Kojima himself announced the release date at Russian gaming expo Igromir 2014.

Back in March, Kojima expressed his desire to see Ground Zeroes on PC.

Ground Zeroes was released earlier this year for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One - check out our review. It acts as the prologue to Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, which will be out sometime in 2015.

I thought it more than justified the already low price tbh. Despite the main campaign only lasting an hour or two (although can be completed in a matter of minutes if you know exactly what to do) following that there are additional missions to complete and an there is some good replay value for the campaign (different strategies etc).
