Read about this a while ago. Probably won't buy it right away when it comes out unless it is heavily discounted, but will pick up a copy to play Metal Gear Sold 2 & 3. Going to have to wait until next year I think for Metal Gear Solid 1.

A lot of good HD games are coming out in the near future, metal gear HD collection and Ico / Colossus HD collection is definitely something I'm looking out for.

Correction. Just 2,3 and Peace Walker. MGS4 is not included in the HD Collection.

Can't wait to play these again and finally play Peace Walker.

Correction. Just 2,3 and Peace Walker. MGS4 is not included in the HD Collection.

Can't wait to play these again and finally play Peace Walker.

Apparently there is an Ultimate Collection which will include MGS4: Guns of the Patriots. Only 4000 units will be produced though.

I have metal gear the twin snakes on the gamecube which is essentially MGS 1 with mgs 2 visuals. they could have just included this in the collection

Unfortunately, they couldn't do that due to the fact that Nintendo holds the rights for the Twin Snakes.
