Microsoft works on fixing Bulldozer, again

Atleast this time around they got 1% performance increase over performance issues, i know its nothing to write home about. But i am glad that Microsoft are taking a step in the right direction, with AMD, and trying to resolve the issues that bulldozer is suffering. This give us AMD fans hope atleast for a better performance ratio should we invest in Bulldozer.
