Yes. The NAG forum is a much, much more strictly moderated forum than this one. We don't tolerate any sort of spammy or pointless posts at all, and users are quickly given infractions for them (something like the Thread Killer would not be allowed on the forum, for example). As such, the moderators do inevitably come under a lot of fire. I just got fed up with all that rubbish.
I got fed up with that too. Not to mention all the idiots that hang out on that forum. I did like some of them but there were far too many who rubbed me the wrong way. I still love my NAG magazine however. Can't wait to go and pick mine up a little later.![]()
The NAG forum just didn't seem very new-user friendly - I think after my initial registration and reading through the threads a bit I just got the impression that things seemed a bit elitist and hostile. Sadly, I found the same type of attitude on the PCFormat forums - make an honest mistake and people are all over you.
I don't mind people getting nailed if they're being obtuse or just plain stupid, but a bit of leeway can be given.
Point is, u can't have reviewers who are mods too imo.
Too much power for one person and mods are supposed to be unbiased and unseen....
This doesn't make any sense. Also, Rusty writes reviews and is a mod - did you just shoot yourself in the foot there?
The people there all have god complexes
Why? Because u say it doesn't?
So if I run a website, i should be the CEO,secretary,IT person, mail man and cleaner.
That's a good laugh
Everyone should do there job, u can't have everyone doing everything. It's never worked and it never will.
wine gums are nasty when u leave it in the sun too long![]()

I think I just found heaven![]()
