Minecraft 1.0.0 Seeds & Mods

Hi all!

Just wanted to share an EPIC SEED I found yesterday whilst testing out various different seeds for my little server at home.

Why so serious?

Exactly as it is with capital W and the question mark.

In survival mode you spawn next to the worlds crappiest village (in a desert) ever as it is borked on various different levels even inside the hills. There is also a canyon/crevice nearby to explore. A forest just a bit away across the desert and a lava pit in the desert.

The best part of this map is its epic mountain ranges. Just look around and you will see a mountain head straight for it and enjoy what seems to be like an endless epic mountain range.

I currently use IndustrialCraft 2, BuildCraft 2 and RedPower 2 as they are the ones that really change Minecraft into something truly epic.

However getting mods to work together can really be a pain in the ass, so check out AMCO's Mod Pack - Unfortunately thisis only for SSP and not SMP.

It is a collection of 40 mods that work together seamlessly and without bugs. It comes with a handy installer to make your job easier. I would also suggest getting the OptiFine HD Multi-Core (Multi-Threaded) mod as it adds HD texture support, better grass, bulti threaded support so you world and terrain loads 3x faster and loads of additional settings to tweak your Minecraft experience.

Will try to get something together that actually adds multiplayer compatible mods into a pack.
