Minecraft - What mods do you use?

I also use DeathChest as well as OptiFine HD3 MT (ads HD texture support plus about a million other tweaks and multi threaded support!)

Any place to get a minecraft client that has a bunch of good mods already installed? Or perhaps a mod manager?

Yeah one of the best atm is www.technicpack.net they have their own Pre-defined bukkit server as well as a client installer.
