Minecraftians - What do you look for in a server?

Those of you that play Minecraft, when looking at a server, what do you look for before deciding to play there?

I'm talking about Vanilla-ish servers, so not Tekkit/FTB/etc. but of course plugins can be installed.

eg.

Locally Hosted
RP
Bukkit
ChestShop
MCMMO
iConomy
Towny
etc etc etc

Just trying to see what attracts people to play on a server.

I personally look for active house safe zoning, so no someone can't come and grief/destroy my house.

I enjoy a server where grouping and working together is encourage and rewarded. Loads of fun to build with a bunch of friends when you all have a set goal.

I second that, I have not found a server I like/want to stay with thus far.
