Modern Warfare 3 LAN support in the works

Obviously you will need to be online to play lan, which is nice! So a group of us can jam on a 384 line! MW3 is starting to sound like the better option.
 
Wow, this was rather unexpected but truly awesome. My friends and I have been discussing the fact that there is no point in LANning anymore because no new games support it. This will definitely be welcome news to all.

Uhm Lan was never taken out. You needed to be online for steam cloud service and authentication but as soon as you created a private match it ran over LAN. Providing you never invited someone online it would have been all on the LAN.

We did this at Rage last year and it works the same on Black Ops so ja.
