Modern Warfare 3 on PC: everything you need to know

Like MW2, my main problem is: NO LEAN.

Lean is a feature used very prominently in the competitive side of things.

their reason for leaving it out "to keep it balanced / the same across all platforms"

Mod Tools will be only released way later down the line as expected. They wont release the game with mod tools from day 1.

All in all im happy with what they are brining out. I know it will be fun.

My irritation with stuff like lean being left out is it encourages fast-paced gunplay. I'd like for the pace to be slowed down a bit.

Good old days of America's Army... One of the best FPSers I ever played. Teamwork was top notch, gameplay was brilliant, squad management was brilliant... the problem was it just stopped being developed really.

in our office we have an old minspec machine that receives just as much care as our top tier PC.

Also known as what, a 4 or 5 year old game on the same engine. So no shit Sherlock, of course it will run on an old minispec machine. How about you actually do some effort and build a new engine and make a decent game?

Currently it is 18 players max (in Ground War) but it may increase post launch.

If you must be connected to net to play LAN. Whats the point? lol DenSweep, I would love you to conduct a interview about MW3 :P I can just see you laugh in the Devs face because of the lame answers they are giving ;)
 
As far as I know, BF3 also requires internet to Lan, and BC2 didn't even have lan support.

Honestly, some of you guys have sticks up your arses. This whole Bf3 MW3 thing has been getting old for a while now. CoD will never be BF, nor does it want to, so you guys bitching and moaning about it really doesn't make any difference. Stick to BF and stop being dicks. I'll probably be getting both when they go on special.

Also, it's nice to see how people were baying for EA's blood after DA2, yet now suddenly all that is forgotten.
