Moments in gaming we immediately regret

My most notable 'ooh crap that was a mistake' moment was with The Walking Dead where I helped a kid causing the another person die which I needed. But perhaps The Walking Dead is full of those moments.
 
LOL! That reloading the LMG one is the worst, especially when you reload when you havent even used a tenth of the clip yet :D

For me, another of those moments is on Borderlands 2. A few times I've entered the gun shop instead of the ammo dump and spammed x thinking I was buying ammo only to realise that I have a bunch of useless weapons in my inventory

Accidentally made my character gay in Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen, almost started the game from the beginning as soon as I realized it.
 
Dark Souls II - I just ran ahead after killing (minor) enemies to see what was ahead as I was getting tired of running back and forth...

Right into an optional boss fight - luckily I made it.
