Monitor issue

So I got a new monitor yesterday, it's a samsung BX2350 led screen.

Now the problem is when I connected it to the pc, the image doesn't fit the entire screen, and the image quality isn't too hot , but when I connect it to the ps3 it's absolutely awesome. So my guess is that it must be a driver or settings issue?

I'm using windows 7 64bit ultimate edition.
Any suggestions to what the problem might be?

Did you change the resolution?

windows 7 update found the newer drivers for my screen and fix my problem, maybe it will work for u 2.
