W Wesley New member Apr 22, 2013 #4 If it's for all-round use, including gaming, I would recommend: Dell U2312HM Ultra Sharp 23" @ R2414 IPS, low input lag, little to no ghosting noticeable and some good review scores out there. There's a long-ish thread about it on Hardforum as well.
