i hope its not a direct port like most games these day that offer no option to tweak your graphical quality in detail.

This would pretty much be an instant buy for me. It's been years since the PC had a Mortal Kombat game. I think MK4 was the last one.

MK4 completely killed the franchise for me, it was so terrible. I never played any of the other sequels. MK9 is REALLY good, though.

I actually liked MK4... Granted, I didn't know much about gaming back then, but I was addicted to the game. MK4 was also my last game because the bastards stopped releasing their games on PC.

If I can customise my controls in MK9, I'll get it on PC... My hands are not made for PS3 controls.

Oh I agree. It was downhill from MK 4 onwards. MK Trilogy was the last one I actually liked.
