It looked fantastic online, once you got it and started making use of it, you then realise what a mistake you've made!
What are your most regretted online purchases?
1. Why did you buy it?
2. Where did you buy it from?
3. Why did/do you regret buying it?
4. Did you return it or are you still using it?
1. Smartwatch
- Wanted to try something new (still looking for a new wristwatch -- analog instead this time).
- Takealot
- It was slow, sluggish and just plain bad. Provided detail about the product within its packaging is/was poor!
- I most certainly did return it after but a day or 2 of use.
2. Highback Mesh Typist Chair
- Needed to replace the current typist chair I was using, as its "gas" ran out and no longer raised up. Dubbed it: "Low Rider".
- Takealot
- "Lumber support" is a hard plastic that's position hurts your back more than it actually SUPPORTS it. Heck, it only "supports" it if you're sitting exactly upright. The wheel base has been improperly welded; there's no equilibrium or balance. It's either: Raised high, dropped low or leaning left or right.
- I have not. Far too much effort. I'm instead going to save up to buy a replacement.
