Motherboard comparison

Hey there. Just need some advice.
All things equal in terms of price, which of these would be better.
The MSI 990FXA-GD65 (not the GD80) or the ASUS M5A97 EVO R2 (not the LE, or the non evo).
Here is link to "comparison" site I don't COMPLETELY trust :P

Here are the contributing factors:
  • Won't be overclocked
  • Won't be used in SLI/Crossfire
  • USB 3 is important
  • 4x DIMM slots is important

With those in mind, I cant really tell much difference between the 2 other than that the one is 970 northbridge. And for the life of me I can't seem to be able to explain why that even matters :P
Basically, if they were both the same price, which would you buy :)

Any help mightily appreciated :)
 
Having used both I can honestly say there really is no difference between these boards, I ended up selling the GD65 and still running the Evo R2. Can't go wrong with either bud.

Both are fine boards bud, can't go wrong with either. Like i said I have used both and they are both still going strong.
The one I sold is with a friend of mine and he has had for more than a year.
