Mouse Under R450

How the hell do you play FPS on 200DPI? Thats crazy man. For me the most important thing on a gaming mouse is DPI changer close to the fingers and side buttons for push to talk and whatever.

Side button for push-to-talk ?!?! wow, i can't even bind my melee to a side button cause it makes me spin right everytime i try knife LOL you must have some awesome co-ordination to be able to press the side_button to talk while still aiming and shooting

i bought a X5 for +-550 about a year ago (big step up from a standard 2 button Dell mouse o_O)and it's oooook, i'd would not suggest it, it has all the bells and whistles but just does not fit comfortably in the hand :S

I use my whole setup man. Ive got 2 screens infront of me with livestreams of Supersport or Own3d.tv and i use 3 of the side buttons on my G500 aswell and the DPI changer a lot.

I would wait a month or so before buying a mouse.

The G400 is hitting our country with some stock :D

G400 is the remake of the msot epic and popular mouse ever used.

the Mx518.

Same shape weight everything only changes is

Optical improved engine to 3600DPi not 1600 dpi and report rate ( polling rate ) is now at 1000 and not 500 any more

So the best gaming mouse became better :D

My thermaltake tt esports black mouse arrived yesterday. It's amazing so far. It's so much smoother than the normal desktop mice. Thanks for the help guys:)

I finally have enough money to buy myself a new mouse ... And there are 'so many' to choose from...

The Cyborg R.A.T seems like a good contender, but I don't want a claw-grip mouse. My hands get stiff and cranky using the mouse I currently own ... it's 7.5cm/75mm in length, which is small, given my hand size.

I was looking into getting theThermaltake ESports Black Mouse.
Seemsto be what I'm looking for ... Big enough for a palm rest, DPI flexibility, side button, rubber body/casing. And ... It sits well under R400.

I know it is too late now, but for future reference, here is a mouse to consider for anyone else that comes along.

Review: Corsair Vengeance M60 gaming mouse

Price: Takealot.com - R479

A friend of mine has it and he says that it is absolutely brilliant.
Personally I have a Sidewinder X8 which I think is also brilliant, might be a bit big for some people's taste though. 2000 DPI is the sweet spot for me on my mouse.

I have inherited a Razer Diamondback. Needless to say, this mouse is so smooth and comfortable. I actually become lazy holding it, so comfortable it is. Took me a while to adjust to the mouse ... How to hold it comfortably. Where to hold it and so on. I can now finally rest my hand on my mouse. Still adjusting my settings to get the sensitivity just right.

Gigabyte Ghost MX-800...I've been using it for the last 2 years...It's one of the best for someone on a budget. Check out the reviews.

Hey what's up guys. Can you guys recommend me a mouse that's under R450. DPI must be in the 3000's. Any brand will do as long as it's good. Will be using it mostly for Cod4 and BF3.

Cheers
