Guys, we've been getting a ton of feedback regarding the warranty service from MSI, so we've been working to secure a new business relationship with a highly respected local warranty service provider PartServe. From now on you'll be able to take your notebooks to one of the national PartServe branches for warranty support.
And this is just the start of a ton of changes that are going to start happening in South Africa for MSI. Stay tuned.

MSI Authorised Warranty Service provider South Africa
MSI is pleased to announce that PartServe is now appointed by MSI to be our official authorised warranty Service provider for Laptop computers
The MSI warranty program consists of the following components:
- Carry in Service for MSI laptop computers
- Warranty repair and return of MSI laptop computers
- Faulty spare part RMA management
- DOA service
- All warranty is validated by means of proof of purchase supplied by the customer and following the terms of the manufacturer warranty depends one models
- If the product is out of warranty a quote will be supplied to the customer within 48 hours of receipt of the faulty product
