Hellow again, Ok I am going to be sharing my PC with my wife, I am going to create a seperate user log in for her, my question is that if I insall games for her on her user name will they still appear whne I log into my user name, cause I dont want to see all her games and stuff, is some thing like this possable

When you're installing programs (and games), there's usually a step where you specifiy whether to add a shortcut to the start menu and / or desktop, there's usually also an option on that step that has the choice Just Me / Everybody. To not show the shortcut on your profile as well, select the Just Me option if it's available
