Music We are Listening to Currently

I've listened to the whole album and I have to admit I'm a bit saddened by the fact that it seems the edge that made MM legendary has either been lost or simply discarded to make the music more mainstream

+1. I'm a huge huge fan of mr Manson, have been since "portrait of an American Family" back in the early 90s and I must say, this which is probably one of my most anticipated albums of him is definitely a huge huge let down. There is not a single track that stands out as a track that I could listen to on a regular basis.

It's quite sad.
 
I've always been a big supporter and even though the last studio album, The High End of Low, was a huge departure from their previous work I was also eagerly awaiting this album
Most notably to me is the abscence of anything resembling the wall of guitars that has always defined their sound

Plassie if you are unfamiliar with this you need to sit back and work out how you missed this as you are only a bit younger than me
This song when combined with Redneck Rampage was all consuming, although you were allowed to take a time out to fervently wish that you could be the mechanical bull in the video

I actually know the song as it was on this one boot scootin boogie cd my dad terrorised us with. Hence the WTFFFF. As to redneck rampage, Still have the game disk and the Soundtrack :) Was awesome, BUT JUST IN REDNECK RAMPAGE.
