I stopped playing guitar for a while and the friend I'm doing this project with basically told me to get off my ass and get back into it and I couldn't be happier.

So I picked up a new double pedal on Saturday. The Pearl Demon Drives.

It is the chain driven ones and not the direct drives but they feel incredible. I'm hitting 260BPM comfortably with these and I got them at a steal.
 
So we played our first show in years last night and it was incredible!

Someone managed to capture our opening song, The Eros Massacre.

As much as I enjoy your music bro, I must say that I much prefer the studio recorded stuff. This quality really doesn't do it justice. I understand it's out of your control and it does convey the mood, but purely from an audio perspective I dislike it.

But otherwise keep up the good work bro, I know this industry ain't easy.

Oh yeah dude of course. Fan videos very rarely have good audio quality, but we'll hopefully be acquiring some proper cameras to film with. There's a huge show in October that'll definitely be filmed.

If there is anyone near the Stellenbosch area that wants to enjoy some live metal, we'll be playing at Aandklas on July 4th alongside Megalodon and Ohgod.
