I saw the MwebGuy quite a few times making comments on this Hardware Forum. In the past I contacted him through Twitter when my internet was slow and he always was fast in helping me.

Nowadays it seems he has disappeared. It is a pity because the normal MwebHelp takes quite a long time to help me. :cry:

You'll have much better luck on MyBroadband. All the ISP's have dedicated threads over there where you can post if you have an issue. I only see an uncapped thread for MWEB, not a capped one, but I'm sure you can post in the uncapped one regardless.
