Hi myGaming,

This is my gaming and music production rig. I'm a session drummer so I bought myself a Roland TD-9 kit as it's a lot easier than setting up a mixing desk in my bedroom. I have an acoustic kit but due to the neighbours, I can't play it. I spent a good couple of months building my rig and buying all of my recording gear.

This is my final product:

Looking around for TD15 at the moment.
May have to sell my car though.

The TD9 is an awesome kit. Bought it at the start of 2012 and have used it every day. Would love to upgrade though to bigger mesh pads. The module isn't a problem for me as I run the kit through Cubase and EZDrummer anyway.

Haha thanks.

And yeah, a session drummer. First choice is always metal. Been playing metal for 5 years now and drumming for 6. Played for a few bands in the mothercity and also been the drummer on a few tracks.
 
Nice setup. May I ask where you got your Ikea stuff from? Imported?

Ikea are one of the few companies that stock U-shaped-corner-desk-with-dual-levels (hard to explain)...

Thanks. I ordered it through a company called Nevada Furniture. You can email them with the product code of the items you're looking for and request a quote.

If you place an order, you need to put down a deposit and pay the rest on delivery/pickup. I paid R2 700 for the table top, 2 legs, cable tray and TV unit which my chassis stays on. The pricing is very reasonable.
