My PC Hell

Hi Guys
Want some assistance in troubleshooting my pc:-
Specs:-
2x ASUS GTX590 - Sli
1x Corsair 1000W Modular PSU
1x Asus P6T Delux V2 - 1366
1x RAM 16 GB

Symptoms:-
1. Getting memory management on BSOD. - Seemed to go away after replacing RAM
2. Kept on getting my Nvidia Drivers restarted. - Installed new drivers didint help, dicovered 2nd card VRAM popped (Was getting Red dots on screen on Display port 2) No worries going in for Warranty.
3. System Freezes, at random points, does not matter what i am doing.

So my machine is just freezing, well it was a host of stuff as above.
First was getting a blue screen in Windows 8, which led me to suspect my SSD was failing, so I re-installed Win 7 on a HDD. Didnt fix the problem.( Reason for this was due to getting smart errors)

Cool so eventually I have my machine barebone, 1X 4gb Ram , 1x GTX 590 (works fine in other pc).
Im not getting a Blue screen when system freezes, but upon restart, rarely I get 1 short beep and then 1 long , 2 short.

The only items I have not replaced is the MOBO, PSU and CPU.
Another other ideas on what could be wrong?

Here is a list of beeps for diagnosing your problem:

Looky, even has your thread title as it's website name :p

Any ways...
Sounds like your first beep is saying that your system POST is OK.
Then the 1 long, 2 short is complaining about the display adapter.
Could be a problem with the mobo's pci-e lane(?)

Can you post a screen of the BSOD dump?

Thanks, makes sense that its the MOBO, as the memory management started when i first got the mobo and kinda ignored it."whistling:
Unfortunately I cant, the PC either Freezes completely, or Goes black screen - CPU and GPU fans go full speed.

Really hope its the Mobo and not the PSU or CPU, the PSU and CPU are precious to me as they are not cheap to replace at this point.

I found out quite recently that some drivers can blue screen windows 7 when you open them...
If you have the razer sh*t on your pc I advise to remove it... (but that probably aint the problem)
Message to Razer: F**k your damn blue screening drivers :D

Razer software is not sh*t! Comms, booster etc. This definitely isn't a software problem...

Lol. Shame bro. Maybe it is time for that new PC as you said :(. Start with the mobo first though to rule that out. If problems persists, buy that rest of your new PC. You been having shit with that thing for MONTHS now man, time to let it go!

Rebuild on wooden desk (i.e. outside of case).

I rate PSU is at fault, but realistically you'll have to swop out the components one by one with known good gear. Given the level of grief I wouldn't discount the possibility of two flakey components either.

Happened to my old computer. Gave up and just threw other parts into my box. :D

I just just couldn't dude, my savings only would allow me upgrade next year, so I really have to run this machine on its last teeth.

Thank you all for your advise and ideas however "chan0o" = "Could be a problem with the mobo's pci-e lane(?)" hit the nail on the head.
PCI-X top lane stuffed, using the second lane has made my pc far more stable and no blue screens anymore. Anyways shopping for a new Mobo for 1st gen I7 CPU now.

Thank goodness

Hey Archie, hope you sort your problem out. Do you really have 1 x 16GB ram? I though a triple channel board needed 3 to work.
