Mybroadband forum

I'm starting to really dislike the mybroadband forum. Used to be very active there and well joined in a lot of discussions. But these days I start a new thread just wanting some opinions and no-one replies, except for people who ask silly question or make a rude remark about whatever the discussion is about.

Anyone else been having the same experience?
 
The forum is to big, there is no relationships and friendships formed on there like there is here.

People don't respect one another on MyBB, its just a open door to idiots. A whole bunch of keyboard cowboys.

I enjoy reading some worthwhile topics, but find most of the content is absolute rubbish.

Yes sure is when ekstasis combats their beliefs or talks about the bible although they never fight when I type the same thing. I think they just don't like him maybe.
 
I honestly prefer this forum by a large margin. Here we communicate more like friends, which makes the whole experience better. MyBB is just too big like Grimspoon said.
 
True.... I spend less and less time there, and more and more time here.

Which is cool! It helps with a community experience when you jam with okes on XBL or whatever from here too.

I used to be pretty active there as well. The rotten community got to me too though, and I joined there. Never been back there since.
 
I am still active, but everything you say / post is met by someone who has nothing better to do than flame / troll / be an idiot.
 
Well recently I seem to be posting here way more here than Mybroadband since no one criticises as much here. Only post there for competitions half the time.
 
I quit going to MyBB (except for the odd network failure notice) because of the trolling and flaming and all the bull that came with it. Shitty and inconsistent moderation also held the forums back quite a bit. I much prefer MyG, we have a much more relaxed and friendly atmosphere here.
 
I just read the news articles don't really care about the forum but it is cool to see telkom get perma flamed haha
 
Well Axon, I used to go on NAG forum and kinda don't like it so much there. Since coming here I have been very happy, thanks to all the wonderful people here.
So yeah stick around here, it is so much better.

Geez dude yeah, I ventured into the motoring section. People flame each other over VW, yoh.
