How do you manage to play through so quickly? I got so lost in Frostburn Canyon over the weekend :(

I have about 350 hours in the game already, so I know the quests pretty well. Additionally if skip a lot of the side quests and the main story is not that long.

Thanks, I managed to find the chest by pure luck, I couldn't get to the left side of the map to get to Lilith, Google sorted me out eventually.

To this day, I still get lost in there. The map design + map overlay does not actually show height on the map, so it's very disconcerting when trying to find certain parts.

You can almost completely just to Main missions the one with the borderlands symbol, but it's easy to get distracted by side quests. Also it helps to level up a bit.

The map design is terrible because like you say it doesn't show height, and there is normally a shortcut back to the beginning of the area so it sometimes looks like you can go one way but if you drop down you can't go back and have to circle right round again.
 
I may not play tonight.

[MENTION=14403]AnibugZA[/MENTION] is flying out tomorrow, so we're hanging out and watching Voyager. I'll catch ya'll online later?
 
Only noticed now after discarding some weapons to make room for more that the enemies pick them up. Is it only the midgets that steal weapons?

There are certain "RAT" enemies that will also steal cash and weapons from you. If you do not catch them in time you can lose it for good.

I see there are some phone apps to make getting Shift codes for those golden keys easy.

Whats the level cap?
When I hit Lvl 30 (currently 29) I want to dump my entire loadout and just raid the Golden Key chest in Sanctuary.

I need a good machine gun.

My favourite BadAss Token
Spoiler: show
to get was to jump down the hole left by Sanctuary
Or though most should be past that by now.

Base game level cap is 51, then 61 for Ultimate Upgrade and 71 + 8 with the digistruct peak DLC.

72*. And then 8 overlevels after that (good luck getting there [emoji14] )


Overlevel means you can "level up" past the max level cap, but you will not earn any skillpoints after level 72. Only the weapons (and enemies) get stronger with overlevel. You can overlevel to e.g. OL4 and then take overlevelling off, but you can still use the overlevelled gear. I.e. you can technically fight lvl 72 - 74 enemies with e.g. level 78 (OL6) gear. This is for farming raid bosses easier.

Just took down Saturn and hit lvl 30.
So basically I hit the bad guys with Slag then use the appropriate elemental like fire shock corrosion depending on enemy. Is that the most effective way to take them out?
