Nah, it's easy if you know what to do.![]()
Ag man, this game is so casul!! I beat Taurus Demon first try, and I'm the world's worst Dark Souls player.
Okay fine, it was absolute beginners luck. I was getting my ass handed to be quite hard, before I accidentally rolled off the wall. To my astonishment, Taurus Demon followed me as I fell to my death. I got the YOU DIED screen, followed by the VICTORY screen. When I got back onto the wall, Taurus Demon was gone. Stupid demon, didn't your mother told you not to follow people when they jump off a wall...
One down, plenty to go...
Yeah I'm not one of those people.Well actually, we'll see tonight. I've got 47 hours in Dark Souls played ages ago and I do remember quite a bit plus I've learned quite a bit since then. So hopefully it'll go easier this time around.
The trick is to dodge position yourself and him perpendicularly to the bridge where the wall is broken. When he jumps back he jumps off the bridge, works everytime!

The one thing that I want to impart on every new Souls player, and this is something I struggle with in every one of these games, is don't get greedy. Never ever ever be greedy.
I think I can get in another hit- NOPE!
Why is it standing still, maybe I can- NOPE!
Just one more- NOOOOOPE!
I'd say about 50% of my deaths are the result of attacking when I should be dodging or backing off. Don't be like me.
