It is a complete remake, albeit with a few differences to keep it fresh but not enough that it doesn't feel like HL1 anymore. However, the Xen levels are not in the game yet so I would rather wait for those to be complete before playing the game.

I have nothing against Half-Life 1, it's a great game. I was just surprised to see it being nominated. ;)

In case no one understands this bolded reference, its a signal that ya'll should vote for Borderlands.
 
Mass Effect 2 and Half-Life 2 will take a long time to complete as they are both massive games. That being said I'd be down for HL2 so I can try my luck at unlocking this achievement:

Also, Ashley makes reference to male Shepard's "great ass" as well, so I don't think gender has anything to do with it... Still... Tali and Miranda over FemShep any day.

That was my messaging notification for the longest time. Didn't vote for Borderlands since I don't have a copy :(
 
Yesterday it was a 3-way tie. at 6 votes each.
Today it's a 3-way tie at 7 votes each.

It will probably go to a random draw if it remains the same.
 
DAMMIT! I don't really want to play any of those, so I voted for Overlord because I didn't think it would have a lot of votes...

You voted for the right game, don’t worry. We need some tongue-in-cheek medieval fantasy humour. Besides, most people here have already played HL2 at least once, while I highly doubt a lot of us have played or finished Overlord - I haven’t. Isn’t that one of the aims of [MyGame], to try out games you usually wouldn’t play and share the experience with others?

How many times more do you want to stroll through the same corridors with the same crowbar and throw radiators at the same headcrabs using the same old gravity gun? Lets vote for change and rather order your minions to burn down a field and attack a troll, keeping your armour shiny and clean whilst watching the chaos erupt from a distance.

So c’mon people - VOTE OVERLORD for something refreshing that you probably haven’t played yet.

Is there a specific reason it is Overlord 1 and not 2?

I think I started playing both of them, but never finished either.
