Haha yes it does have a campaign. The reason it took the lead is because of [MENTION=11450]Mister 44[/MENTION] who said we should try something else and his top game was Dirt 3. :)

Another Shadow of Mordor $4.99 special on over at Bundle Stars at the moment: https://www.bundlestars.com/en/bundle/middle-earth-shadow-of-mordor-bundle . Not sure how long it lasts for, but no indication of today only. Also, it's a bundle version that includes a bunch of DLC as well, not sure how it compares to the Indie Gala deal though.

Tough choices to make... but I see there is an option to choose none. I am assuming it would be left to RNG if it's a 2-3 way tie.

Personally I am leaning towards SoM, perhaps we can choose a few racing games on the next MyGame and them take it from there?

I was one of the people that said its on special :P But yea I am skipping this mygame due to ME - I am just about half way in Me2.

The special on indiegala is only for a day.

Not sure about bundle stars
 
Does it go without saying that if you vote for the winning game you are sort of obligated to take part and try to finish?

Unless life creeps up on you, or you simply do not have time. I think it's going to be for 2 months so it should be enough time if you play a couple of hours a week. Truthfully the game is not super long, it's just got more length to it if you do the side quests and play around with the nemesis system, or you are an achievement hunter.

Welp, I abandoned it very early when I first played it. Got frustrated by the game. Perhaps this time I will do better; I've gotten a lot of Dark Souls training in the mean time so perhaps the frustration from other games is tempered. :)

Funnily enough I also struggled in the beginning with Shadow of Mordor. It's a game where you have to think a bit about how you'd take on a situation. Also stealth is super important. Once I got into the swing of things it got a lot easier. I loved the game in the end and will definitely get the sequel in the future.
 
Hmmm. Guess I'm out of this round, didn't enjoy my time with the game at all. Besides, I still need to finish the last 2 chapters of Spec Ops... :(
