Got another 2GB to download, but hopefully it will be done today.
I'm gonna be playing on PC with keyboard and mouse, but I'll give it a shot with a controller and see how that goes. Depending on stuff and things, I might see if it runs on my media center PC and play on my TV...

If I play on my TV in my living room, it will be with a controller. I think I'd rather do that than sit on my office chair that's been falling apart.

Sweet! So I'll get started tomorrow evening. I'm playing on Origin on PC with a controller, the game plays a million times better that way if it makes any difference to you guys and gals.

Yeah, controller is the way to go if you have one. Kb/mouse works fine but I have one issue with it; when you use a controller your primary and secondary weapons are each assigned to their own weapons you can chain together combos using different weapons. With kb/mouse you only have one weapon (actively) equipped and first have to switch between weapons with mouse wheel. It's not that a big a deal probably, but it just flows better with a controller.

I hope that I will still be able to join in. Unexpected last minute holiday to the Cape Planned by my wife. We might be leaving on the 15th and all my PC parts are arriving on the 16th.... How can they expect me to go on holiday with my family and leave my pc by itself? :/

Woohoo! I am ready to play. Will be playing on PC on Origin (since I won a retail copy of the game but never got round to playing it). I will be going with controller.
Apparently there is a mod called YSA which makes the game more challenging (slower levelling, take more damage, hit for less, less healing from potions etc.) for those who want a challenge, e.g. [MENTION=12607]mottamort[/MENTION]
I don't think I'll start with the modded difficulty - but apparently you can run it whenever you want and it loads the difficult settings, so we'll see how it goes.

I'm on PC. I'll see how it goes with the controller, but may switch back to keyboard and mouse. Also only starting later in the month - things are a bit busy at the moment.

for now, I'm playing mouse/keyboard. I'm focusing on a guardian build. so far, i have stopped a minor civil war (between the man and fae), and helped a a wolf, that was transformed into a man.
