q) What maintenance is performed?
a) 1.21 Gigawatts of electricity is required to power the new flux capacitor installed in the forum

q) and how is it scheduled?
a)the server's (Delorean) network connection has to run at exactly 88.5Mbps before they flip the maintenance switch at exactly 10:04PM. Why this was'nt performed on a Saturday is something only James and Doctor Emitt Brown will be able to elaborate on.
