MyGaming Pay it Forward

I'm taking a shot in the dark here and hoping that this will catch on.

I encourage everyone to play along. Kind of like the traditional format of pay it forward, just with games. Choose someone on your friends list, and gift them a game that's on their wishlist (or a game you know they want). That simple. I am going to try and do this once a month and encourage you guys/gals to play along. The gifted game should be one that you would consider the recipient would actually appreciate and play (not just sit in their backlog). The game(s) can range from AAA titles to small Indie titles, and even titles on special or at standard price.

This should be a selfless act of kindness and do not expect anything in return (your turn will come, eventually). It is not a trading system and the recipients do not owe their gifting person anything, nor do they have to be named. The recipient may choose to name or thank the gifter on the forums or outside, but not necessary.
Your only consideration should be to post in this thread, a pic/link/name of the game you have gifted to someone, don't leave any names just the game title. This does not have to be done through Steam, and the recipients do not have to be part of the MyGaming community. I just use Steam for simplicity.

*This is not sponsored nor is it endorsed by MyGaming. I actioned this through my own initiative and used the MyGaming name as I consider myself to be apart of this community, and as such have made friends through it. I am not looking for rep points nor am I wanting appreciation. Just Pay-it-Forward.

I'll start things off.

Today I gifted the following; Murdered: Soul Suspect

Dude, such an excellent idea that plays nicely with my own ethics and philosophical and religious beliefs. I shall be joining in this ever growing circle of forward-payment.

Pro tip: This concept works best when you have absolutely no money to spend on yourself. Pay it forward to someone who you know wants something and good things will happen.

I'm not sure that giving away games will return the same type of favour as say giving food to hungry children. :p

I'm not trying to cure world hunger, in fact I give in my own means outside of this forum and irl. Just trying to spur a different kind of thinking and gifting, it's more about the act of kindness.

Great idea BeoTeK!

I also want to thank you greatly for my gift and that you chose me. I was having a bit of a bad time so your gift put a smile on my face and I'm grateful for that. I also look forward to playing the game. It's been on my wishlist for a while now. Thank you!

And to continue with his thread of goodwill. I have gifted the following gift:
Thief

I wasn't looking down on your idea, I think it's pretty cool - was just having some fun with Farl. :)

What an awesome idea Beo! Nice 1 bud :D

I think I only have 2 friends on my PSN at the moment... lol... "whistling:

Hmmm I must add Tom to PSN tonight :P

Compiling a list of games that can find a home, will then see who I have on Steam and make a plan.
