He is the only one - we are on a roll this year - so chuffed that we get all the oldies out the woodwork for this

That's great! I sent him a message. :) You should drop everyone who was late in delivery presents last year who didn't have valid excuses. Hopefully everyone did have valid excuses. Even then I remember that it was an admin pain for you. Hopefully this year will be quick and easy and painless.

They all had valid excuses - that is why I want to start it sooner this year

remember if you get stuck ask another person for more info or stalk them
