They said for multiple use due to individuals who kept typing in the voucher on a single order, that could mean that it can only be used once on a single account?
 
For the new Operation Flashpoint, can I put it in my cart and only pay when I'm back from leave to still benefit from the special? Will be back round the 3rd May.
 
Whens operation flashpoint releasing btw? Also do you guys have any contact number so that we can call in and query issues?

Is there a FAQ on the site ? I've seem to missed it. Was looking for information on when do you actually pay for pre-orders.

This needs to be updated, I will do it today :)

To answer your question, you can pay upfront or you can choose EFT as your payment method. Then you will be required to pay a week before the game is released as this is when we place our final order with the distributor.

Tinny, if you guys get Alice: Madness Returns as a pre-order for XBox 360 at a competitive price then I'll get that. I already used my voucher so it will be a complete sale.
 
Tried to pay for my Witcher 2 pre-order yesterday (a week before it's released), but it seems the account details I have in the email confirmation are incorrect...

Last time I bought something was with the launch and the voucher we all got. Shortly after that the site was upgraded/downgraded again.

The username I had registered became invalid. Would I have to register again?

Unfortunately you will as we had to scrap the old database. You will still be able to use the voucher though :)

I have been unable to get confirmation of local pricing, will keep you posted :)

We have added Dungeon Siege III and Deus Ex Collector's Editions to the pre-order section.

Where can I find a copy of dragon age origins? I'm playing number 2, and want to play the first one. Its no longer in retail stores where I live, and the Exclusives asks so much for it.
