It seems like guys are having issues paying by credit card?

BTW - new copies of Bulletstorm, Assassin's Creed Brotherhood (PC) and Top Spin 4 uploaded.

problem comes in with 3d secure itself.

this is what happens:
according to the great beast i need to update my 3d secure password after successfully using the original one, then i do update, then transaction fails. 3d secure fails. try transaction again, same thing, same fail.

i never ever had 100% smooth dealings with 3d secure. imho it's not customer or "cart" friendly. only solution i've found to the above one is to yet again make another 3d secure account on my master CC. (cause this is what the helpful helpdesk as well suggested.)
 
hmm. sounds annoying. luckily I havent experienced any issues as of yet with 3d secure. Used it a few times now.

i really really really don't know why it happens. it's not like i don't get the "original" one wrong, it's when either it say fail for some stupid reason or then it all of a sudden must update password, when that completes, transaction fails.

/sigh

maybe i should apply for vesa rather.
 
When I bought something via the store a few days ago it didn't actually ask me to enter my password come to think of it. It wanted me to recreate my password and then asked me to verify my details. ID number etc. Interesting....

It already had my username locked in.

The thing is i am not even using a mastercard, i was using a VISA... the card worked at pick and pay and kalahari.net... but not on mygaming shop...

and here i thought VISA is flawless. fastpay/instant pay would be great... well i think so.
 
Sigh. We tried really hard to get around having to use 3D Secure, but it is a new standard, and as annoying as it is, it does ultimately provide another layer of security for customers. Unfortunately, there is not a thing we can do if it's acting wonky. :(
 
Its okay i guess, i would like to shop at mygaming, it make me look a around way less... I just wait till my mastercard is working again and try with that.

it's annoying, but not the end of the world. check if you guys can get instant/fastpay though as an alternative :)

The vouchers will be valid for the next week or so :)

We just got some Assassin's Creed PC Auditore editions in. R229 with the voucher + delivery. They are sellinb very quicky though, so no complaining if you don't get one (yes, people have been complaining about not enough stock).

Haha, no because I don't know yet.

I will be uploading some Duke Nukem Forever Balls of Steel editions, and Operation Flashpoint: Red River with some cool free branded torches. Both for pre-order.

Any chance of some AC:B Auditore edition for PS3? :D

Or at least pricing? Any other pro-orders?
