What the hell??? I bought two copies of Metro Last Light. One as a gift, one for myself. I have two Paypal invoices, stating same. I have two Steam Store emails, stating same.

But in my Steam library there is no gift... And in the purchase history there is no mention of the gift!

I never had to chat to Steam support, but now it seems I even have to create a separate support account? Sheesh! They do not like people asking for support!

So, just in advance, I might pull the GA at the last moment if I cannot get this resolved. My apologies if this turns out to be true. I will make it up to you guys.

EDIT: Aaaargh! The gift purchase also used my Steam Wallet balance...

whats your account summary say on your steam page. 2x game? coz that shouldnt be possible :P

This is why I always buy my Stream games as gifts even if it is for myself. Steam has one huge problem when it comes to buying games more than once, you can add a game to your library more than once. Good for goty or bundles, crap for everything else.

Bet you you added the second copy to your library as well. Can be sorted with stream support, speaking from experience.

Yeah, just ignore me, i'm an idiot ^_^

Steam support should help. and if its your first ticket they normally just do whatever you ask. you get 1 "freeby" with them, then it becomes a hassle to deal with them :P

Just my 5 cents worth. If you make a GA public then don't post it here. The aim of this group, as I understand, is to share the love among the group members and not the public. I might be wrong but that is how I feel about it.
