So if your giveaway doesn't get 5 or more entries then it doesn't contribute to your level. And bundle games only count as 15%.

Thanks for the update Soli. It's weird, my level has changed again: now I'm 3.79.

So I went from 2.70 to 1.60 to 3.79. What are they doing?

I'm a lvl 4.83.... seems a bit low. guess I'll have to start giving away more games then

The system probably took a while to calculate this stuff. Time to get busy with giving.
