yea that is right, steamgifts requires $100 worth of games in your account, before the summer sale started i never had $100 either, but bought left for dead bundle and GTA4 bundle and now it went from 70 odd dollar to over $100 so I can finally start participating in these steam giveaways, plan on launching a few giveaways soon aswell
