Steam just updated their gift policies in that a gift stored in your inventory will have a 30 day cool off period before you can trade/gift it.

So guess this gonna be a shitty Xmas for some people. Hell this even impacts what I was planning ie: pick up about $100's Black Friday game sales and gifting them during December.

Lol was about to say also if you gift someone a game they can't gift it to another person on the same day it has a cool down time.
